Unsplash Many women dream of becoming a mother. As I write this post it is Mother’s Day 2019 and I am reminded of this desire that I carry myself. But for many it isn’t as easy an just deciding “Okay, it’s time to make a baby.” Women who have lymphedema face a unique set of difficulties when considering or navigating pregnancy. My guest Sarah Buller, developed lymphedema during her first pregnancy in 2013. Since she has become an advocate for lymphedema care and is an inspirational member of the lymphedema community. In addition to discussing pregnancy Sarah and I discussed intimacy struggles related to lymphedema as a preview to the next episode on Sex and Intimacy related to Lymphedema.
